Getting Ready for your InfraRed Session

Water
Drink Lots of water. Hydrating your body before the treatment will help purge toxins out of your body. Drinking 2-3 glasses of water before your treatment is recommended.
Of course with all this water it is advised that you visit the restroom prior to starting your session. Need we say more?
Do not eat for 2 - 3 hours prior to your visit, but drink the 2 - 3 glasses of water. After your wrap, eat a simple salad with oil and vinegar dressing within 1 hour, then eat normally 15 minutes later. Also, be sure to drink a gallon of water (it seems like a lot!) over the next 24 hours in order to assist the kidneys in moving the released toxins and fats out of your body.
What to wear
You can wear nothing at all or light gym clothes. You just want to make sure to remove them promptly and towel off the toxins and perspiration so that you don't reabsorb them.
You will more than likely sweat enough to soak whatever you are wearing, so keeping that in mind.
